⚠️ Important Compatibility Notice

The Nelly Connector currently supports only the following operating systems:

  • Windows 10 (64-bit)

  • Windows 11 (64-bit)

  • Windows Server 2019 (64-bit) (Note: no Terminal Server / RDS!)

Not supported:

  • macOS

  • Linux

  • 32-bit systems

  • Windows Terminal Server / Remote Desktop Services

🧩 What Can the Nelly Connector Do?

🖨️ Nelly Printer

Available for all practices, provided the system requirements are met.

It lets you send documents digitally to patients directly from any application with a print function.

💶 Nelly RZ Transmission Confirmation

Only available for practices with Nelly Factoring.

After successfully submitting an RZ file, you will now receive a confirmation in your PMS that it has been successfully transmitted to us.

🔍 Nelly Credit Check

Exclusive to Nelly Factoring customers.

Enables an advanced credit check via the traffic-light system ("AmpelSystem") directly from within your PMS.

🛠️ Installation & Setup

🔧 Preparation

  1. Check whether your operating system is compatible (see above)

  2. Make sure you have local administrator rights on the computer

⬇️ Step 1: Download

Download Nelly Connector

🖥️ Step 2: Start the Installation

  1. Open the downloaded installation file

  2. Follow the installation wizard (default options are sufficient)
    The suggested destination folder normally should not be changed.
    ​

  3. The Nelly Connector runs only in the background and appears only as a small icon in the Windows taskbar.

  4. Once complete, the Nelly Connector starts automatically

🧯 Troubleshooting – Quick Fixes

  1. Nelly Printer doesn't appear as a printer?
    → Check whether the Connector is running in the background and restart it

  1. Installation failed?
    → Check the operating system (64-bit Windows, no Terminal Server)
